Another detroit question?

I erased my last question by mistake, anyhow the question was why are so many people proud of the fact that detroit was listed as one of the most dangerous cities in the country, and just so i dont get bashed like i did in my last question by some one who couldnt understand my question, im talking about the idiots who come on here and encourage the bad rep of the city by bragging about how bad thier hood is and how bad the crime is and how so on, im not talking about the people who try to point out all the good things the city has to offer, considering im one of the people who try to defend this city on here all the time, so dont get it twisted with what the title of my question is please.

I completely agree too. The bashing has even went international. They're all just hating because we're better than them. If anything, Chicago, LA and NYC are more dangerous than Detroit. Their crime-population ratio is just lower because they have a bigger population. I didn't see them bashing Newark, Philadelphia of St. Louis when they had the label. However, perception is ignorance and ignorance is bliss.

Because Motown is in Detroit--have you noticed the TALENT that has came from Detroit...of within Michigan area...What about how many terrific sporting teams we have (WINNING TEAMS!)--HELLO?! What about cars...there is far too many AWESOME things to list on this small screen... Simply put--DETROIT IS WHERE IT'S AT--->"It" meaning everything...

I really think people dont understand the damage that it causes the city.



Many thugs in Detroit are uneducated and all that they have is the belief that they are tougher than everyone else. They do not understand the rule "there is always someone better".



Find the hottest girl in the world and I will find a hotter one.

Find the roughest city in the world and I will show you one worse.

Find the toughest guy in the world and I will show you another that can beat his A$$.



Everything erases in time. But opinion is reality for many people.

Detroit is like most other cities...if you want to get your @ss kicked you know where to go....



We were in Detroit last week end...spent the day at Detroit Science Center....Dinner...and few hours at the Casino....



Had a great time...from Grand Rapids....

Detroit isn't all that bad, I have driven through there at night if I go up for the casino or something like that sometimes.
